These are visible around Anus. You can see swelling around Anus with naked eyes.

Such types of hemorrhoids are present in Anal Canal. It can be seen with proctoscopy.Sometime it may comes out of anus.

Injection Therapy (Sclerotherapy): In this method a chemical is injected into hemorrhoid to shrink it. This treatment needs very experienced doctors. Biggest problem in this method is unbearable pain. Even with the best doctor for piles Patients may need bed rest for 15-20 days.
Banding: The Piles doctor places an elastic band over the root of hemorrhoids but usually they slip or break. So, this technique is less in use.
Traditional Surgery In this the engorged blood vessels are surgically removed. Patient may required many days of bed rest.

IRC – IRC (Infrared Coagulation) by German Machine.
Being a non surgical, painless and an OPD procedure it is most preferred treatment by the patients. This product has changed the way of hemorrhoids are treated through out the world.
Laser Treatment – Laser Treatment (by US, FDA Approved Diode Laser) If a patient comes to us in very late stage of disease we will prefer laser treatment (laser surgery) rather than going for traditional surgery.

External Hemorrhoids: Diagnosed through a simple physical examination.
Internal Hemorrhoids: Diagnosed using Proctoscopy — a procedure where a special instrument (Proctoscope) is used to view the rectum.
Visual Confirmation: Patient can visualize piles on the screen at the Time of examination.
Other Conditions: Sometimes Bleeding with stool may be because of ulcers, polyps, or rectal cancer etc .
